Hi There were some people on here who studied that method and were really well versed in the whole raw meat end of it. I think the main thing is that maybe we don't need as much protein as we have been taught. A lot of protin can build up in the kidneys and cause problems. So if you do eat raw meat you only need about 3oz a day. Also make sure and have flax oil and other sources of omegas to balance out the body. Having raw meat should enable you to continue easier I think because people who give up everything are more likely to binge on junk food which is worse. You will have more time to experiment with making salad dressings that are raw out of hemp seeds, or avocado and really like them. Another thing is t sprout quinoa or other grains when cutting out brread and experiment with essene breads if you are going to eat those kinds of carbs. A chef I worked with did raw scallops carpaccio marinated in lime. That always seemed pretty realistic tme that humans would naturally eat hings like that. He was from the Phillipines.

Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
Yes, I believe two out of the four pineapples I've had the last several months have been alright with me, after having let them "ripen" for some days. The one that turned out the best was one I stored in a bag of ripening bananas. I did the same t...
