What's been going on off raw. 1.

So during my time going off raw, here's one of the biggest thing.
Depression.

I've always had depressive problems, but never to this extent.
It started with stopping attending classes to not getting out of bed. period.
I wasn't taking care of myself.

When I realized it was time I get help, I was so far behind in classes, I felt helpless. and I'm still struggling with it.
This is going to evoke a mixed response- I was put on anti-depressants.
The thing that really rammed me into the ground with… Continue

Hi AJ! It rocks that you sing! We should jam sometime! LOL. Seriously. Muzik is MY everythang, particularly singing, but I play guitar and drums and I'm learning keyboard and production. I hope your depression has lifted! Rawk and Roll Tribe! What kind of music do you listen too?

All modelling counts ;), I wish I was more photogenic... It takes me hours to find my "normal face" so I can take a decent picture :P
My raw journey has been rocky. I was vegan and I started struggling with eating, then I found raw, but I couldn't stick too it because I wasn't commited (or eating enough for that matter) then I went back to cooked (worst time ever) and now I'm back to raw for good and I'm feeling fab :D

And how did it go for you?

mmm... I wonder if I can find a shaman here...?

That would be an interesting journey, from start to finish, whatever happens (hopefully positive, but no guarantees, in anything).

I found a Hot yoga studio near by! I've always wanted to try :) the price sounds kind of decent, 30-day challenge (where I go every day) is $122 for student. hmm...

Sounds like Bikram. I used to do that. Maybe do a few classes before a 30-day challenge, that's too daunting for a beginner.

Raw's helped me so much. Maybe don't worry about "indiscretions" like sesame crackers that you like. Noone's perfect, just try to keep learning about raw, but you know, it's impossible to compare my story to yours. We're so different.

Anyhoo, I hope you sleep beautifully. (Joke alert: "How did you sleep? Oh, not too well, I made a few mistakes". Ha-ha)

Much Love to you, Miss McGillicuddy. Rest is a grooveeee thang! XX

I should head to bed soon as well, I had a long long week. And I do think raw will help me greatly with depression!
sleep well.
xx

14 years is only a number, hee-hee. I love it, some days I practice hours, then I say, YogiBruddah, time to get poppin', ha-ha. (Whatever). I've heard of GAIAM. I pay about $80/month, great deal, for yoga, went about six times a week. Now I want to practice outside on the lawn in the sun, naked if I find the right space (everybody on GITMR likes to be naked, right? ha-ha).

She's my first shaman, too, I trust her, we'll see. Funny, told my friend two weeks ago, can you introduce me to a shaman. Her shaman guided her through drug trips, wow. And they can get scary. Def.

I was depressed for many years, raw turned that around, that's something, huh. I should go to sleep soon. How You?

neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...

How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?

That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
