Hi Audrey, I am in the U.S. now. But, while in Mexico I do use seawater for my daily juices and other food preparation. It is diluted though with spring water. I am up to about one liter daily throughout sipping and daily seawater enemas.

Liquidarian/Breatharian in the Riviera
