This is 9" in diameter and about 8" high, that would be a huge breakfast. Also the Pancake layers here have no Nuts or Grains so they are very light and fluffy. A new trick I developed just this year for breads and cakes. No other raw chef has figured this one out yet i.e. nut-less, grain-less, light fluffy breads! The icing and filling here is also cut about 40% with Irish Moss so it to has very little nuts and is fluffy, light and creamy. This is so tasty and so digestible, even the most hard core raw foodie would be happy to dig into this cake without hesitation.
