My Version of fruit cake...pecans, rasins, cranberries, cherries, apples, egyption cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh rosemary sprigs, raw sweet potatoe, raw honey.

- We ate this about a week after I made it (on christmas morning), and it was soooo very good! it really gave it time for the flavors to blend and was better than any cooked fruit cake...for sure!!

Did you go to a reliable restaurant? Not all restaurants know how to properly handle fish. Most are frozen,thawed & refreeze what wasn't use. Can also be both. Maybe since you haven't had it in a while you body responded in a certain way.
