OMG so i have gone 100% raw well okay so 100% minus the fact I cant stop the craving and the temptation and the actual GOING TO Starbucks for my mocha or gingerbread latte or whatever....Is this going to totally ruin the whole raw thing? If i have 1 a day but eat totally RAW for everything else will I still loose weight? Anyone have a magic pill that will keep me away from Starbucks... i swear ...
