Share 'Raw birth control?'

Hey ladies, I'm wondering what your thoughts are about methods of contraception that are the safest / least sketchy. I am not particularly interested in the pill simply because it involves synthetic hormones which I've been told by my Ayruvedic doctor I should try to avoid based on my body type. What are your thoughts about effective birth control methods, i.e. natural approaches? THANK YOU!
