Share 'Help with weight Gain'

I have been about 80% raw since June this year, when started I weighed 7st 3, but it has now dropped to 6st 12, has anyone else experienced this? Has any one any ideas as to how I can gain the weight lost, recipies, sample menu for a day etc, I eat seeds , oils nuts, & cacao treats coconut, etc. I really need to gain some weight as I have oestoprosis, cause by a decade of EDs, been recover...
