Right now my favorite is Shiva Rae's Yoga Shakti. I love the create your own practice format, but am looking for more advanced postures, particularly in inversions and pigeon. Things I struggle with and love to hate: hip openers, shoulder stand. Any recommendations?

I am doing a BWY course but I am finding that there is too much head work for me...can anyone suggest another course and also tell me of their experiences and if it lead to a successful recognised yoga practice...thank you(:

Just back from month in India on personal yoga retreat, my first as a rawee. Discovered a deep synergy between the two practices. Have posted a few pics here on my profile page.

- Thanks, it was quite a busy beach (Anjuna), I cropped the pic to edit out onlookers. I had to really focus my drishti to hold my balance in the soggy sand and surf lol!

Hi there fellow yogis and yoginis,
I just thought I would introduce myself, as I am new to this group.
I'm Jude, and live and teach yoga in the north of England.
I teach yoga for pregnancy, yoga for postnatal recovery, baby yoga, children's yoga, family yoga.... infact yoga for anyone! I'm also thinking of training to teach yoga for people living with cancer - which would go really well with the raw food, although it would be incredibly challenging too. So what with our love of yoga and our love of raw food, I'm looking forward to reading more of this group.

Yes, it helps.
But you should know that the value of it can't be described by the speed of the healing process or whether you're looking or seeming perfect. Therapy is about coming to terms and coming back...
I always used to get sick on foods from restaurants, but the same meal I prepared at home wouldn't make me sick.... restaurants tend to drown foods in butter and oils, you've probably been eating less of those since going on those diet.
No problem at all. We're all here to support each other in our journeys. :D
with a manual camera I used a slow shutter speed (1/5) and kept my head moving side to side. i used Photoshop to get the contrast and color look.
