for those of us who are desiring the need for a raw community in Reno. Hopefully someday, somebody will open a Cafe Gratitude, or other raw food restaurant. In the meantime we can dream, and unite together!

Though it's in a small, boutique-sized building on Liberty street, they're now serving full meals, smoothies, and juices, not to mention providing literature and snacks supporting the raw lifestyle. They told me yesterday that they're hoping to create a raw cafe in the back of the store in the coming months. They also offer classes on how to prepare raw food. If anyone is interested in taking some classes with me, let me know!

ON MONDAYS: raw juvenation has a soup and salad special for $7.95. There was an incredible tomato basil soup last week, they say it will change each week! :)
I love their tahini dressing and their convenient to go meals! :)
