Hello to any Londoners and aspiring Londoners

If anybody needs a very cheap room in Leyton (£45 per week including bills) in a partially occupied (about 10-20%) ex care home with a conservatory, central courtyard with fruit trees, commercial size kitchen with no cooker, pantries, storage room off kitchen, private parking and yards, fox cubs, wood pigeons, excess wc/bathrooms and a raw friendly neighbours with a studio flat/living room stocked with juicer, dehydrator, nut milk bag, blender and cup of agave to borrow when needed then give me a shout.

The catch is different tenancy rights as you are considered a guardian of the property so best to consider it temporary but we have been at this one for about a year and there are no signs of imminent development of the property.

I don't manage the room but it's such a good deal I thought I'd let you guys know so if there are any artists out there or anyone else who can benefit from super cheat rent you could be in with a chance. If interested message me and I'll give you the details.
