Wheatgrass juice mixes
Good evening, can anyone recommened some good wheatgrass combinations for juices and/or smoothies? It works OK with apple juice, although wheatgrass itself I've found less palatable.
Would love to try it in different combis that people have - and would be much more likely to get my daily dosage if it's mixed.
Any recommendations that people have found works for them? Thanks!

I don't drink wheatgrass for the taste but because it's such a good tonic and detox-helper. I just drink it quickly and get it over with. It's got easier with time but at first I had to have a little treat lined up to have straight afterwards, a dehydrated cracker or something like that and also to look at something beautiful in nature, a flower of tree perhaps. then after a week or so i could manage with just something to look at and not the treat. I'd established the habit. It's a better dosage when taken neat, though chasing it with water is fine too.

2 tbls Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sun dried tomato's
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp garlic
dash of salt

my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
