Give it to me Raw

If you've heard me ranting on here about Holodynamics, there is good reason. I decided to try it in application to food "needs" and found that there were in fact "programs" that were subconsciously telling my body it needed food (and couldn't exist without it). I found and transformed seven of them. Immediately afterward, I completed a four day fast with virtually no noticeable loss in weight (I was camping so couldn't weigh myself). Usually, I notice massive loss with just one day. I've currently been living comfortably on about 800 calories a day without any noticeable difference from 2000 calories, except I feel better and have more energy . . .

P.S. I wrote this for my dad to help him understand the tracking process. My understanding has evolved a bit since . . .

Premise:

Any time our full potential is being blocked (showing up in outward issues/problems, such as physical or social) a mental problem is likely the cause, which itself is the result of a spiritual "problem" or immaturity. These issues come from values or understandings that are embedded in the microtubles (cutting edge science many new scientific articles on these). This information is encoded into the water in the microtubles (which run throughout the cells). Much like software on a computer, this information is constantly being accessed, modified and rewritten. Unlike DNA which solely regulates the physical body and is merely turned on and off, these are very highly modifiable and in fact regulate DNA, the mind and the spirit. A specific information set is know as a "holodyne" (a term coined by Dr. Victor Vernon Woolf). If we are repeatedly experiencing a problem in life (our full potential is being blocked) it is likely due to an incomplete, ineffective or immature holodyne. Holodynamics, through a system of "tracking" seeks to "mature" this holodyne into a more effective state, which serves us better. In essence, a "software upgrade" if you will (for lack of a better analogy) for mind, body, and spirit.

How to track Holodynes

Overview: The information contained in a holodyne can be highly complex and extensively involved. Much like using a computer monitor to "see" what is on our computer, holodynamics uses the graphical interface of our imagination (or more accurately visualization) to "see" what a holodyne is, what it is doing, what it wants, etc. This is not a literal seeing, but a mental picturing of the information. While the mind can be used during the process (left/right brain, logic/feeling), the primary guiding comes from an inner "sensing" or knowing which uses both intuition and a kind of sixth sense perception. A "spiritual eyesight" if you will. To be most effective, ones full attention should be devoted to this with an absence of ego or self interest which might try to twist or interpret. Rather we must be fully surrendered to "what is" i. e. the truth, even if it isn't what we want to see and may even be painful. Often times what we "sense" won't make logical sense initially, nevertheless, we must be careful not to dismiss it without giving it a chance to work itself out first. Often we must put aside our ego or preconceptions and play along with a game that doesn't make sense until we get to the end. We must be willing to go wherever we sense we should go, not where we think we should go or feel we should go. Thinking and feeling are simply ways to double check and see if we are on the right path, but they lack the capacity to lead the way in this highly complex game of holodynamics. Developing this "sensing" may take some time and work, but as with all things, the more you work at it, the easier it will come.

Guidelines:

1. Go to a physical / mental / spiritual place of peace. Call up your highest self, full potential self, best you for assistance. You might also ask God, Jesus, Angeles or any other person / being the would like to help you to do so.

2. State the issue, then look at the blank screen and see (sense) what appears. It may take a while to come up. Again, don't try to force or orchestrate anything, just see what naturally comes up. What color, shape, or form does it have? It may seem entirely unrelated to the issue at first. That is OK.


3. Establish a field of appreciation and love for this holodyne. It may be causing a problem, but it is doing its best and is going to help you in its new form, so love it. If you don't it may disappear or try to "run" from you. Thank it for its efforts.

4. Sense what it is doing and sense how that relates to your issue. This may take some time, thought and consideration. Again, don't try to force a definition, seek to sense what is going on. What is its intention? (again, this may not seem logical at first, that is OK). Ask it questions. Why? How? To whom? What? What is its positive intent? (Every holodyne has one, it may take work to discover however). How does this relate to the issue?

5. Could this positive intent express itself in a more effective way? A way that would serve both you and it better? What would that look like? (again, look at the blank screen and see what image comes up). It may not make sense initially, but just be sure you sense it, then seek to sense how it could be related.

6. Will the immature holodyne transform and mature into this new form? Will it become its fullest potential? (If not, why not? Communicate and work with it). Let it know it can get everything it wants if it were to mature. Let it transform. Is the transformation complete?

7. Once yes, will it:
1.Communicate with you openly and freely and team up with you to help you reach your fullest potential.
2.Help you handle old situations in more effective ways and become one with you.
3.Sit at your round table (seat of decisions) and assist you every day.
4.Support you:
* To create physical health in your body
* In relationships with others
* Socially in the community
* To maintain fairness and integrity
* Universally to live harmoniously with life on the planet

8. Does the new mature holodyne have any messages for you? Any assignments? Do you have anything you would like it to assist you with now?

You should feel different if this worked and notice changes in perception and world view which eventually manifest – sometimes immediately and sometimes more subtly over the course of time.

After the third or fourth day I seem to function better then when I am eating heavy meals. My last fast I was walking eveyday. I just feel great when I am fasting.

I have done a 40 day water fast before. So I guess for some people it miight be dangerous but it works for me. I do better on water then juice fasting.
