If you've heard me ranting on here about Holodynamics, there is good reason. I decided to try it in application to food "needs" and found that there were in fact "programs" that were subconsciously telling my body it needed food (and couldn't exist without it). I found and transformed seven of them. Immediately afterward, I completed a four day fast with virtually no noticeable loss in weight (I was camping so couldn't weigh myself). Usually, I notice massive loss with just one day. I've currently been living comfortably on about 800 calories a day without any noticeable difference from 2000 calories, except I feel better and have more energy . . .
You are taking in 800 calories on your fast? Juicing?
I did Master Cleanse somewhat recently for 8 days and only lost a pound or so. Isn't that weird? 8 days! Normally I can drop weight faster than that. That might mean I have a lot of acid in my body. Your body holds onto fat to fight acid. But shouldn't I lose muscle weight (not that it is desired) and wouldn't that show up on the scale? But i have to say I did feel good with no loss of energy. I just had to fight the tricks in my mind.
It's not a fast, when I fasted I didn't eat anything, just water. This is what I feel comfortable with now. I'm doing some fruit, salad, juice, honey, carob powder, etc . . .
I think humans have subscribed to a lot of lies that have become self-fulfilling . . . (i.e. like a smoker "needs" cigarettes)
I will be posting a full account of the tracking of all seven food-related holodynes in the near future on a private blog devoted specifically to holodynamics.
Send me a message with your email address and I'd be happy to send you an invite.
Ryan- have you ever heard of Bigu (sometimes spelled Pi Gu)? It is a qigong term for an energetically-induced fasting state where someone either fasts in full or is able to consume only a small amount of food - without being hungry and with a heightened level of energy.
No detox symptoms typical of regular fasting occur. Sometimes a bigu state is entered spontaneously as a result of meditation but it is usually induced by a trained person. They lock down the stomach meridian so no hunger is felt and certain channels are opened to increase energetic flow.
Yes, I've actually used qi in the past as a partial food source, doing anywhere from 20-40 minutes of qigong daily along with meditation. It got me down to a comfortable 1200 a day calorie count. With enough work I'm sure I would have hit bigu. I believe though that ultimately, we are self-existent beings that can exist even without this energy. I currently am still doing meditation, but it isn't to bring energy into my body, but rather to radiate it. I personally actually think that I could probably drop food altogether and be fine, but my body is used to it, and quite frankly I enjoy the taste still, so I'm content eating a small amount, though I will continue to decrease it. And this is all without any work other then changing inaccurate holodynes (information systems).
One thing that might be fun to try is this: you could try "summoning" the spirit of a food in its etheric form to nourish you.
There is a medical qigong master in LA (Jose Gonzalez) who does this with herbs as part of his healing protocol. He has great success doing it in cancer treatments (in which he also summons rattlesnake venom to spread the herb's essence faster).
Yes, before I knew about any of this I was flat out of food once and went on a three day camping trip with just one meal. I ate a very little bit very slowly when each meal time rolled around and mostly imaged myself eating a lot . . . that one meal took me through all three days with no hunger or energy loss. I backpacked out up a steep three miles and got to the top feeling as good as when I started. Too much work though . . . I'd rather just change the programs that are built in so it's happening automatically . . .
It's based on the idea that everything is "information in motion" and that any time our full potential is being blocked, it is due to an incomplete information system. It uses a special visual-based method to "track" the immature "holodyne" and inform / transform it. There is then an integration process and the new holodyne is forever mature. It is solving "problems" on the most fundamental level possible. Virtually any block (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, social) can be removed with this method. Much like transforming the DNA of our character.
I need a mango now more than ever.
This year has been the worst mango season I've ever seen :( Honey mangos were sad with light colored flesh that held little flavor...Kent mangos...don't even make me go there.
