I very much enjoyed reading this book by Joachim Werchin on Breatharianism, some people in this group might also enjoy it, if they haven't already read it.

I'm going to look into this book and the books by Jasmuheen. Thanks. Do you know if they are available from the library?

You can get Jasmuheen's books from amazon.com, you can sometimes get them quite reasonably used and you can get them cheaper from lulu.com if you prefer to download.

Libraries in the UK will order any books you want if they don't have them, I don't know if it is the same in the US

Thanks - I've not heard of lulu.com

Sorry, only just seen this. lulu is for self publishing.

THANK you so much for sharing! I read the first 80 pages or so so far and am fascinated by it. The writing is so clear and enlightening!

Good stuff. I don't agree with everything this guy says, but next to maybe Jasmuheen, I think this is the best I've come across on the topic to date (I'm on about page 100). It's always nice to get it in someone elses words and from their perspective.

Much Thanks

Survivorman is way more impressive Bear is just yummy to watch, even when he eats eyeballs. You gotta be hot to pull that off.

I love it cause it is an intense workout over a short period of time. My son had a "jump rope for heart" week at school that got me into it. It uses different muscles than running and also improves coordination a lot, and I was surprised how well ...

Survivorman is crazier, did you see that episode in the desert when he started talking to birds? But I still like Grylls better overall. I feel like there is more of a point in watching the show, you feel like you're learning something, lots of tr...

That's a pretty typical scene in a high fruit household. That an a ton of bananas. My dryer next to the washer has stacks of fruit carts on it. :)

Right--it's good in smoothies too. It's a necessity when there's no fruit in there!
