I am interested in this kind of thing after reading about the research being done on sun gazing and HRM and also the Taoist Pi Gu fasting state (fasting on qi- while feeling energized and not hungry).

I think I've officially reached this point. I feel as though I have no desire to eat what so ever. Barely even drink water. Although I have worked out every single day for an hour, and ridden 12 miles on a cycle.

I think this is so interesting. I know there are people who don't believe that you can eat just vegetables and live or even function but it is possible. I was at an advantage because I needed to lose weight but even when I was younger I went for appx a month fasting.

I think the most important thing is if it makes you aware of things you weren't before and opens you to other insights or spiritual dimensions.

this really interests me. I have done a 40 day water fast which healed a long time childhood illness and I had more energy than I have ever had. Its hard to imagine life without food for good, I am open to learn more!!

I am not sure about just breathing- but just water is a great thing to try for a couple weeks to cure whatever ails you. I just love the word prana!!!

I would not call this instict. I expect this behaviour is part of chimp culture, i.e. passed on from the older generation to the younger by example. Those tribes that don't exhibit dentistry probably reproduce less well.

That's right, but I don't think this is an inherited trait. I believe it is a developmental problem. In Weston Price's book, dental abnormalities occurred on the first generation exposed to processed Western foods.

and wouldn't it be funny if by waiting to see this feminine levitation that it turned out that the concept of ground underneath, and its spatial relation to the universe in general, was a completely fictional creation? I mean...just sayin' ya know...
