I am so happy to have found this group! I got the Raw Food Detox Diet this past Spring, and have now bought all of Natalia's books. I would love some support in following her diet.

I am starting at level 4 on wednesday. I have been trying to get into the raw foodism and didnt know where to start. I picked up her book and have read it and put together a grocery list. I ordered my juicer Friday, should get here the 17th.

i juice till lunch or dinner some days. i have a cooked meal for dinner. i think the most valuable advice she gives is about food combining. it makes a lot of sense.

i dont think i'll ever go 100% raw as i dont think i can afford colonics on a regular basis as she says all 100% or even 90% raw will need it when they reach their goal.

I just got my book! I'm really excited about the green lemonade, it seems like the perfect morning tonic. I'd been juicing carrots and kale for a while now for breakfast but the lime, celery and ginger will be a detoxifying step up.

I really like her gradual approach and seems to be a really great guide because I'd been pretty clueless for a while on how to eat raw with so many approaches, though I scored level 2, I've been pretty clueless.. This approach sure adds a sense of direction and structure to the diet for me. She's brilliant, too.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this girl and have even gotten her e-book, I will have to look at it again and pull up some gems for us. Lots of stuff about light and quantum physics. Which she makes easy to understand. Very new thinking , the stuff a raw diet encourages.

I just started following the book a week ago, I'm a level three, and I just wanted to give my testimony that this book is so wonderful and I'm feeling great and satisfied, and cleaner. I'm breast feeding and producing an abundance of milk!!!!
