This book is so amazing. It helped me with transitioning and now I am a 100% raw foodist.

Hey everyone! I just joined the group. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Natalia Rose, I don't think I ever could have transitioned without her!

I just finished reading this book and after a week of mental and physical prep I plan to start transitioning tomorrow. I am starting at a level 4 even though a level 3 seems to suit my personality more, I scored as a level 4.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Till about 28 weeks I was eating mostly vegan/raw. It was what I was craving. Then my cravings turned to milk, cheese, and more breads. Such as a class of milk and french toast.

I read and followed this book about three years ago. To help me feel satiated during this part of my pregnancy, I decided to go back to level 3/4 type meals.

I don't want to lose all of my good eating habits and I don't want to lose my raw/vegan goals and all the benefits that come with it. But I need to listen to my body. Anyway, I'm hoping looking back at this book will give me some guidance.

Has anyone followed this book while pregnant? And while nursing?

I am going to brag. I just had an hour phone consultation today with Natalia Rose!! It was so great. She is the smartest nutritionist..I have my very own meal plan for the next two months, and she personally recommended a colon hydrotherapist that is close to where I live. I highly recommend investing in a consultation...It really helps the individual understand why they eat certain things, and why its not as important to be all raw as it is to get the old waste out of you system.
