Does food combining work?!

Hi Ashwin,

Absolutely it does! You might have to wait a little longer for your body to start relaasing old matter, but food combining is such a huge help as it allows this to happen and frees up more time for the body to heal and start looking better as there is less time spent on digestion.

Food combining definitely does work. Although there is not much science to confirm the principles, theoretically they make sense and experientially, most people find that digestive function is much improved. As for Quick Exit out the bottom, this may not be a noticeable result (and there's a lot else responsible for that end of things). But as for exiting out of your tummy, for sure! Eating starch separately from protein is a long-practiced diet secret in Europe. Even the first lady of France, the beautiful Carla Bruni, knows about it!

But isn't food combining all about quit exit out of the body?

I have done a 6 day herbal colon cleanse... actually today is the last day. So I think my colon will be more efficient and faster now. From my little experience I've found that giving a gap of 4 hours after moderate to heavy meals is a requirement for food NOT to get into a "traffic jam" in the colon and cause gas and feel uncomfortable.

i am only just really getting into food combining but so far i find it is good. i don't have any noticeable tummy trouble. what kind of colon cleanse did you use? i might have to try that too.

Make sure if you do it to not get enemas or colonics before or during. It throws off the affect of the digestive stimulator pills that induce bowel movements. I made that mistake and could not have natural BMs.
