Give it to me Raw

so day 7 level 3 of natalies rose detox plan. raw to dinner, but i stould on the scale and i am usually 122lbs and today i was 132lbs. I feel bloating around my hips butt and lower stomach. i have a colonic today phew. i am gutted and was really feeling like blowing it on box of oreos, mini eggs etc,
i am going through huge changes and am moving out of ca to scotland in 30days, visa denied, which although prepared for it still sucks. anyway,any advice welcome :)

Scottish Girl, Did you start out at 122 a week ago on day 1 of the program?
It's possible the stress is causing you to hold onto weight, but this is unusual.

like 2 weeks ago. i am off for a colonic so maybe that will help. i am moving country in 30days so yes taht could be stress as i dont look at myself and think i am heavier but i fell it in my hips etc, its the tiredness that is really getting me:)

I dont know the dieet, but i know myself that when i went raw i ate a lot of fruit. Much much more as i was used and it seemed like this very fast sugars where immidiately grabbed by my body as: "I have fuel and I dont let this fuel go, I transist this sugar fuel into body fat"
Also it seemed that my body needs to get use to the combinations of fruit and veggies in a meal.
And my body needed to get used to all the green raw vegetables.

After a while your innerbody will calm down and that bloating feeling is gone.
Do you also have that bloating feeling when you wake up? If not, it must be something in your eating.
Do you have the bloating feeling also after only drinking water after waking up? If so, you maybe gasp air while swallowing.
In that case: first breath out and than swallow.

Try to notice when the feeling appears: half an hour / an hour after eating this / eating that. And so on...

just had a colonic. wow amazing and released a lot of the bloating. the lady said it would be a good junk of lbs there:)
heres hoping, she advised me on super green powder and protiein supplement to help with the tiredness. so will give that a go:)

Hi scottishgirl,
Keep getting regular colonics and be sure to drink your green juice every day and your energy will very soon start to rise. I wouldn't go near a protein powder. It is totally unnecessary. Focus on cleansing, not building as once the gunk is cleansed out of your body you'll only have pure energy.
Also, careful not to eat too much fruit. Stick to low sugar fruits like berries, grapefruit etc as the fruits may cleanse you too quickly and without very regular colonics or bowel movements you will bloat and be tired.

so i just took my ph level and its 7.5-8.0 ....what does that mean? here i was thinking how acidic i am and aparantly its alkaline...........?
