I have yet to attend any "talks" related to raw foods. Oh my, I just realized that this is will be my first! So i am there to learn, soak and really taking everything in. Up till now, all I've been doing was reading about raw foods/lifestyle... so at this event I want to be able to have face time with the raw food community.
Really excited for Phillip's talk on emotional eating...I definitely struggle with this. I am looking to get inspired and I have been reading tons of books, going to lectures, trying new things so I am just coming with zero expectation and leaving myself open to whatever happens!
Thanks for putting this together!

I am excited to hear karen's talk. I think I may be even more excited to see what Joel Odhner whips up to eat....hmmmm. Rome was AWESOME, another fantastic HBO series. True Blood is also pretty cool, but I read the books so it's bittersweet for me. Did anyone else catch Carnivale? That was really well done as well.
