I recently started a company called guess what? Yeah, "Sprouts"
I make snack food for raw foodists, vegans, vegetarians and any body who wants to have a helthy life style and eat something sooooooo delicious like my munchies and bites. Various sprouted seeds are a main ingredients in my mixes and than I dehydrate the whole lot at 45 degrees Celsius. Yammy

I just ordered 4 nut milk bags today to try Angela Stokes-Monarch's method. I'm excited to grow them again. (I used to grow them in southern Missouri very easily in jars. With the jar method, the sprouts usually dry out or get moldy.) Hoping the nut milk bags arrive soon. Happy Sprouting!

Rome was AWESOME, another fantastic HBO series. True Blood is also pretty cool, but I read the books so it's bittersweet for me. Did anyone else catch Carnivale? That was really well done as well.
For a sore throat I mix salt into warm water and gargle with it. Then a warm drink with honey (nut milk, tea). Be well.

Me walking between China and Dragon as I get ready to turn them out into a big pasture. They're my buds, they stay real close to me, one on each side, whenever I got out to where they are. It is very sweet! :)

It sounds like you are not eating enough fruit. If you eat more sweet fruit, your desire for candy and other processed foods that are sweet will go away.
