A GITMR meetup sounds great - let's all do it.
January or February works fine.
I suggest any date except 2/1/09 (a Sunday) as there's already a SF potluck - and speaker - that day. Check out the below comment for details.

Water
I use the athena on alkaline 4
then run it through the Nikken
then add minerals

My partner and i have tested this water and when it goes into the Nikken its at level four alk, when it comes out its at level 1 or 2
At the moment I am drinking SF tap water run through the system, my partner is afraid of it and wants to reverse osmosis the water then run it through the athena and the Nikken .. but in order to do that we need to buy another filter or get something to fit the athena so it can come out of water we can get at rainbow or cafe gratitude ..
Rainbow has reverse osmosis water, Cafe Gratitude has pretty good water .. and I was drinking Rainbows water from there filters for a long time, its neutral though ...
Avoid plastic if possible, the Nikken is plastic, I wish they had a glass one.. but thats what I do and I am in SF my water is yummy

Future Sf meet ups could be held at my house ( march april )
I live by the park ( upper haight cole valley ) there is a cafe G up the street, but we could do a meeting here and everyone could bring something or order from cafe G :) it could hold 15-30 comfortable :)
its just me and my partner and we live in a big apartment with a big roof across from the park...I am new so just offering :)

I know Healdsburg is a pretty far trek north for you guys,
but I'm doing a really cool project with the new Cafe Gratitude location there,
called Monday Night LIVE! @ Cafe Gratitude, and I'm bring all sorts of amazing raw speakers through to for free!
So far I've had Matthew and Terces (the owners), and Happy Oasis.., This coming Monday, January 26th, will be Elaina Love... I have Cherie Soria, Kevin Gianni, Dr. Doug Graham, Victoria Boutenko, and many others booked every monday all the way through July so far.
