Hey everyone,

I'll be flying into the bay area on Thursday morning from Texas and will be co-teaching a class in Alameda on Sunday on how to "Green Up Your Diet" and get more greens, living foods/sea veg in your diet as well as the environmental aspects of plant-based cuisine. I'm also going to be attending a seminar on genetically guided customized nutritional supplements..should be interesting...if you are interested in going let me know.

What: Green Up Your Diet -Chef Dina Knight & Chef Alicia Ojeda
When: October 26th 1:30-5:30pm
Where: Alameda, CA (private residence)

I would love to meet some of you all while out there. We have a few spaces left in our class as well, it's gonna be fun! I'll be making some decadent chocolate kale spirulina brownies with orange icing! ;) I might need a couple of good helpers as well so if you're interested in attending please drop me a line. :)
check out my website for more details :)

Also what is your favorite raw/vegan restaurant in the area? I've been to Gratitude and Millenium before are there any others worth noting?

Love & Light,
Chef Dina Knight :)

Would love to get a GI2MR meet-up on the calendar for later this month or February. Is there already something in the works or should we throw a date on the calendar?

What y'all do for water in San Fran? Would love to get fresh spring water Daniel Vitalis style but there doesn't seem to be a spring around here? Did delivery from Arrowhead when I was in LA (seemed the best combo of eco-friendly and body-friendly). Would love to get a high-end purifier/alkalizer but moving in a few months so not ready to pull the trigger on that yet. Any suggestions?

Hey Michele! We fast 8-10 people per year for 6 weeks and most of them have amazing experiences. Incidentally, though some people imagine there's a need to "work up" to a long fast like this, many are fasting this long for the first time; in fact,...
