Hey Revvell I´m sooo glad you made it (that youtube thing :)!! Wow, this lady is kinda warrior! I have many girls around me who want to start advanced exersicing but still think it´s something only men can and should do :-) What a excuse! :-) thanks for this, I will show these videos to them and let´s see.. maybe it could be a final tipping point... are there any participants of RB Bootcamp in New Zealand in late March? I am one and if there were any I think it would be nice to become friends even before the camp start off :-)
