Ohh.. very nice!!! Have you ever heard about Jack Lalanne - called godfather of fitness? He´s 94 and does one hour heavy weight workout + one hour swimming every day! :-) I´m quite amazed by these examples of limitlessness :-) I´ll post a video in couple of minutes ;)

I remember Jack LaLanne when I was a kid. He always had a white German Shepherd with him. 94 eh? Wow!
