Hey Richard wassup bro!
Im still fruitarian and I love this lifestyle.
Over the past month I have been water fasting
quite often and the more I do it the MORE I WANT to do it!
Everything is based on a 2000/day calorie diet.
This is what ive experienced on water fast:
I get hunger pangs at pretty much the same time every day.
And that is 9 am and noon.
After 3 days on water the hunger goes away but before this the times are inverably the same
9 am and noon.
so it appears to me if i were to simply eat at those times when im NOT fasting
9 am and noon and ONLY eat what fills me up. dude i would be eating 500 calories or less!
No where near 2000!
2 apples fill me up! there are about 80 calories per apple according to fit day so 2 apples at 9 and 2 apples at noon thats 320 calories!
or say 2 banannas thats 200 calories, 1 bananna is about 100 calories so theres 400 calories if I were to eat what fills me at 9 am and noon. Still 500 or less!
The LESS I eat the better I feel and more energy I have!
I have tried doing this and it works!
4 apples a day and Im FINE! 4 banannas a day and im FINE! Oranges, whatever! Solid or juiced!
Also Ive tried drinking pure organic orange juice at thease times and I get FULL and I have awsome energy!
I truly believe we have been brainwashed over the years that we need all thease calories in a day and I think it is WRONG!
What do yall think?

Exactly!
I dont feel we need all those calories.
Just what the body needs to replace what weve used.
But when it comes to TASTE vs NUTRITION
TASTE usually always wins.
Being fruitarian ,eating fruit is more delicious
than pizza or lasagna and I can easily overeat fruit.
What causes people to overeat on the SAD diet is TASTE not NUTRITION
Same thing happens to me with fruit, I usually ALWAYS overeat it because of TASTE!
I water fasted the first week of January and since then I just want to keep doing it.
Ive been fruitarian now for 11 months straight and After this recent water fast my tongue was gross and really bad breath, which means toxins are coming out! This tells me that even after almost 1 year on fruit im still toxic!
But I ate the SAD diet for 38 years and it apparently will take more time to clean out after all those years of bad eating. Right now my body wants liquid not food so I will continue to fast as much and as often as I can.

If you question it, I suggest don't do it. It's something that usually comes along naturally or you have to trust yourself. Even more so, be in tune to yourself in regards to food. If you try and explain it by metabolism, etc., it kinda goes against the true nature of it. Just my opinion though ;O)

Well I don't want to be impolite by oppssition, most what u say is true, however first I tell u I had a same when I was hyerthyroir due to inflamation of her( I have autoimmune hashimoto desease, which in my case went to hypothyroid), however what I want to say, my oppossitiob is we can become toxic even by overeating even the most healthy food!!! the calories r relevnt only to some extent, bacouse heathy body won't store more than necessry, however by imbalance of nutrients, it easily go to everweight or underweight. to explin it deaply it will take me ages, however I can just show u hormone imbalance, to overeating. I did ate like u once for an year, I live supa healthy, and I went to hypothyroid! Etc. I mean every body is differents and the medcine in nutrition is highly old, however some logic fact r true. Overeating of fruit went not to diabetes, because it's not struggle insuline as much, however it my change mussle weight-And because it equal more or less to body fat even better in detox body, and so we become slim, however I wouldn't be scared to eat vegtible, don't u thing it not logic? Just if in perfection u combine it well, but even in food combination r whole in this dogma,and agin it depends on methanolis
,etc. However even in this heathy life style we can overgoes.u don't see it by fat weight gain, bacause one of predisposition is toxicity or so not good lymphatic system and revange of body to store the toxicity like in a fat box. Etc. I don't wanna get u bored reading this, but stop here, but I guess u get my point. And I remind u I was the one, who liked to break up medcine nutrition dogmas. But there r some limits, don't u thing? More now it might be dangerous for Ito skip back to just raw, because body adapts, and nows, to have enoght of some and so do not absorb I as much! Bdw. Love u sport chalenges. I was the same condition, now my chalenge is to beat my ex condition:) high five !!! U r inspiring!
