As salads , with other raw vegetables and green salads ... and juices ! I eat them even with fruits and nuts , as well ... and healthy oils ... at the top ...

I am very interested on Nettles ... and theirs seeds , real strengh bombs ...

You know that their chemical structure is very near to our hemoglobines ( our blood ) ...
