Refusing to Hurt

People all over the world have eating disorders. However, it's notable that Western societies have a particular proliferation of them - and almost all of the restrictive (self-starving) people with eating disorders are women, same with those under a binge/purge cycle. What can we do, if not to stop this, then at least to heal ourselves? Well... we can come together and give each other support.

Rules:
No Diet Talk (either weight loss or weight gain)
Validate others' feelings
No "size words"
No calorie counting
Celebrate your successes
Don't give up even after failures
