I am wondering if any of you have experience with being raw and having an IUD? Having it before or after going raw, doesn't matter. I would like to see if raw has anything to do with how it assimilates in your body, if at all.
HI, I just had mine taken out, and I do not recomend it at all. I was on a non hormonal IUD, and it still messed my body up...I am a sensitive being, so this might not be true for everyone, but I can only relate my experiences. The pain in the begining was xcruciating....no exageration....and after 6 months my belly around my moon time would be tender soar and bloated, never had pm before ..... and I began t get a very heavy moon smetimes 3 times in one month...no joke. Since having it removed, I am beginning to normalize again...and I highly reccomend maca for hormonal balance.
Hope this helps,
Nina

* Very quick recovery from i...

Your dog is sooo cute! I have a dog too and two cats, and I looove them! I feed them wheatgrass and they actually choose that before regular grass wich they normally chew on in the garden.
I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
