Only an opinion ... the PHOTO here should be changed , once FRUITS are eaten RAW , anyway ... everybody - almost - eat fruits , even IF not Organic , or even GEN TECH Fruits ... or even w Aspartam iknjected on them .
The real CHALLENGE is to eat VEGETABLES everyday as a normal way of Nutrition ... Nuts , seeds , Herbs ... and OF COURSE S O J A which contasins High Lervel Protein which our Body and Brain need .
So , + VEGETABLES ...
If I would have a Camara I would make an artistical Photo ...
THANK YOU for the IDEA , anyway ...
LIGHT to YOU ALL ... and a LOT OF BIOPHOTONS ...

today I had green kale, swiss chard, banana, and soaked goji berries...and water.
Yup; this is a good story......Its been bouncing around for years..Nope you can not wish them away with Raw food.......
neither wins because the world isn't fair- and we are constantly having to deal with it. the more conscious you are the more you see how unethical people rule the world and you can't wish them away by feeding your happiness with cacao. it's a fun ...
How long did 50lbs last you? A week? I would recommend that a person get some greens to go along with their bananas.. did you forage for any greens that week?
Wow Id like to hear more on this from other people as well. I am not sure where to get info on things like this either- I just know my personal experience with a low carb diet. I still believe in low carb for the most part but plant based live foo...
That is a good point Angus. I have found that a lot of fundamentalist religions accuse everyone else of worshiping the devil and it like a blind hysteria- like all these other people have a black bible in their house and secretely worship a statue...
