I am new in the whole raw food thing (started about 4 weeks ago, trying 100%, sometimes its just 80-90%). I still have a lot to do to figure out what to eat and where to go shopping the best here in Germany, and now my husband and I are planing a trekking tour through north scotland in August.
We will start in Glasgow and then goin for a round-trip. The last two days we want to sprend in Edinborugh and Glasgow again.
So if there is anybody from scotland who is having some Tips where I could get good food over there and what kind of shops you can buy organic stuff, I will be glad to hear/read from you!!
Amen, Loren. So do you feel the same way about blending then? The whole fiber is still there with blending so not improving on nature as much as sort of 'pre-chewing', if you will
