- Hi, Everyone! Planning to head back up to Toronto this fall, and would like to swap notes with the locals. Oh, and Natalia Rose has some excellent tips on raw travel "kits" in her books. C'mon over to the "Raw Food Detox Diet" group here on GI2MR to learn all about it! Before I sign off, we're hanging out here in a little coastal town with your typical American fare. Slim pickin's in the raw sense of the word, but it's home... Bon voyage, mes amies ~

In the first stage, the diet is restricted to veggies, protein, and just a few grains (eaten in very small portions). Fermented foods and sea veggies are very integral to this diet, so it sounds like you might really like the diet.
