- Hi, Everyone! Planning to head back up to Toronto this fall, and would like to swap notes with the locals. Oh, and Natalia Rose has some excellent tips on raw travel "kits" in her books. C'mon over to the "Raw Food Detox Diet" group here on GI2MR to learn all about it! Before I sign off, we're hanging out here in a little coastal town with your typical American fare. Slim pickin's in the raw sense of the word, but it's home... Bon voyage, mes amies ~

I am also part of an amazing network www.couchsurfing.com and have met amazing hosts and wanderers while traveling. They have several though somewhat redundant raw food groups on there. Yay! Congrats for taking the plunge!
So I've been vegan for about a week now and vegetarian for a little while longer, but last night I went out with my friends and stupidly had some fish at dinner.
