Did massive amounts of waking up in the process. We should all have a gigantic raw party! I might be putting that together.

In the first stage, the diet is restricted to veggies, protein, and just a few grains (eaten in very small portions). Fermented foods and sea veggies are very integral to this diet, so it sounds like you might really like the diet.
