I'm pretty good at sprouting at this point. My next project is growing little greens. I can't even seem to locate the appropriate trays. I'm hoping to buy locally and avoiding shipping charges from sprout people. My friend suggested I rip off trays from McDonald's!
Any advice on novice-friendly little greens to start with?
Any feedback welcomed. I feel overwhelmed with all the info at sproutpeople.
I'm doing my first experiment with flax seeds. On advice from sproutpeople.com I didn't soak the flax seed first. I got a plastic dish and poked at it with a knife a little bit for drainage, don't know how necessary that was. I got organic dirt from the nursery, bought a spray bottle, saturated the soil with water, sprinkled on the flax, sprayed it again, then put it in a plastic bag wrapped loosely so there's still room for air circulation. I guess I'll continue to spray it with water- I don't know. I'll keep ya updated on my adventures unless someone's got any advice for me.
also, a dr. friend told me that some of the waxy stuff can drip into your ear and do permanent damage. it does feel great, but i don't do it any longer. i've actually fallen asleep while having it done. =/
Thank you Wrenn that is what I thought too and your comments are very helpful! I think it would also be cool at $.99 for 5 TOTALLY new raw recipes and then it can be a series of them at $.99 each...thanks for your comment!
women wants to re-make them just like if they were their own babies, and yet they want them to act grown up like a "real" man father and all that stuff. doomed to fail each time
