Give it to me Raw

The one thing I sprout on a regular basis is broccoli; aren't the sprouts great. But I'm consistently surprized at how many of the seeds don't sprout. Any feedback on that?

You might try buying your seeds from a different distributor. I've noticed that seeds have varying sprout rates and some distributors sell seeds that have a much higher sprout ratio than others.

How do you manage ? Do you have a Garden ?

I LOVE Broccoli . And all the Green Vegetables . And it is terribly difficult to find it here ( I mean an Organic Broccolli ) .

I want more and more , I mean , to learn how to plant my own food . At least my basic Vegetables .

To plant is not simply to throw the seeds at the earth ...

I live in an small Studio . We have a Garden ... but it is to everybody ( Neighbourhood ) . We cannot have our own plants there .

Thank you for the info , anyway ...

Have you tried sunflower sprouts, or wheatberries?

Thanks Sparrowrose. I'm using the Now brand. I was vaguely wondering if the coldness was a factor. OH, well, I do get some yield. I sure do like them. good to hear from you!

So, I stumbled across one of the possible solutions over at sproutpeople.com They said to rinse very thoroughly to help.
