Jackie and Gideon Graff are going. We coordinate the food demo project.
Come to the food demo area on Friday at 1 pm, and meet all the chefs that will be participating, see what wonderful dishes they will be preparing for us.
Our own demo will be on Saturday at 10 am, and we will be showing and sampling Popcorn Cauliflower and Cocktail Sauce (Raw Food Shrimp) and also Deviled tomato. Great party food.
We also invite you to come visit us at our booth, where Jacki's recipe books, and our DVDs are going to be displayed.
This is going to be the greatest event of the year, I hope you will be there.

I'm wondering if any of you have advice for a first time attendee concerning what to "pack" to bring to the festival each day? I'll be staying off site at another hotel, so I'll need to bring everything I might need each morning.
