Give it to me Raw

I had such an amazing time at Raw Spirit! It was amazing to see Anthony, Philip, Karen K., Dr. Aris, Doug Graham, Gabriel Cousens, Brigitte Mars, and everyone else in the flesh!
Hubby was thoroughly inspired to move into being raw more than just eating what I make him. He wants to host a raw Thanksgiving, a raw Passover, and start making green smoothies everyday (on his own)!
Thanks so much to everyone who came out and was their loving and light-filled selves.

We were stoked to go in May to Raw Spirit Festival, but alas, we'll be in Costa Rica...so we'll catch the festival next time around...or go to smaller festivals in the meantime.

Love to all and I hope to see more of you next time!

So, did you hear that the RSF will be in both Arizona AND Santa Barbara??? I don't know if I'll be going to Arizona (Prescott area) this time, but I've got my tickets to Santa Barbara already! I'm going to volunteer so they're knocking off $99 from my weekend pass. Will you be volunteering this year? Also there's one on the East Coast this August. Washington DC/Maryland area!

I'm so glad that I got a chance to go while it was in Sedona. Something amazingly special about having the festival there. I think that the group of people can and will make it special no matter where it is, though.

I know, I feel the same. Very special energy in Sedona indeed. Sedona is magically unto itself amidst desert all around. I haven't decided on Santa Barbara or Washington. I think I need to check out accommodation's in both. I'm not into sleeping in a tent. I was thinking Santa Barbara before I knew about Washington. But Washington does little in the way of inspiration for me. It would have been nice if the east coast was somewhere more conducive like.....the Carolina's or Georgia. I actually liked the fact that there was only -one-. But yes, it will be still special anywhere it is held, though Sedona will be tough to match.
Blessings and happy (almost) spring!! Love and Light....

P.S. I have a hard time sleeping without some nightcap food too. I was addicted to bananas and almond butter before bed, but I'm trying to phase it out by freezing bananas in the morning and then making raw ice cream at night.

hi stacey, I was doing Hatha Yoga, that involves asanas, prayanama, bandha and mudras. Apart from yoga we were taught Anatomy, Psychology, Philosophy etc., so that the students of this course could teach yoga and take it as a profession later.
