Give it to me Raw

I am so excited and have been looking at the schedule trying to figure how to do EVERYTHING! Hehehe...we are such over achievers, aren't we?
Luckily, I have seen a few of the presenters at recent events in NYC so I plan to take this opportunity to see some people who don't really get out to the east coast often ;-)
Things I have circled, starred, and highlighted...
I am really excited to meet Gabriel Cousens and will be up early for yoga! Bringin my yoga mat on the plane ;-)
I was really inspired by Bridgette Mars' bio and would love to meet her an hear her speak...she's at the same time as Kris Carr so it's a tough call. Next goal...figure out how to be in two places at once ;-)
As a musician, I am really looking forward to hearing lots of artists I am unfamiliar with...Jasah, Baba Dez, Scott Huckabay...and I desire to dance with Revital!

My recommendations for people I have heard speak before...
Victoria Boutenko is beautiful, humble, and super inspiring and was one of the first raw-foodies I ever heard speak. She is always a treat!
Viktoras Kulvinskas is a wealth of information and I could probably listen to the same talk several times before getting it all...I saw him in NYC, bought his book, and it inspired me to go get a big box of crayons and start coloring again...yay!
I saw Matt Monarch speak recently and so much about what he said made so much sense for me. He talks a lot about healthy diet being more about healthy balance and I think that is really important. I am currently coaching a few people who are slowly incorporating raw foods and that really helped inspire my interactions with them ;-)

What are your recommendations? Who/what is on your must see/ must do list???

I am, of course, hugely looking forward to meeting all my GITMR friends at Philip's talk on Friday! Also, I will be staying till Tuesday and there is a full moon on Monday...
I desire to participate in a full moon ceremony or perhaps a night-time hike to a vortex? Anyone have suggestions?
See you soon!
Love, love, love,
Rachel

No one in particular, I'm just excited to be around so many Raw Fooders, feel the vibes and leave more educated.

I think there's something missing here lol. Eating well and taking care of our body is important, but if our merit runs out and our negative karma takes over, it doesn't matter how well we eat. Anne Wigmore was a long time raw foodist, and she died…

Lori! I cry for the sprouts too! And then I put a smiley on the end of my sentence like thus :) But seriously, the way I see it is that we all need to learn to eat plastic. Maybe Styrofoam too. Just think of all the landfills we could remove from…
