Give it to me Raw

Hey my little raw-loving singers!

Long time, no updates here in the GITMR singing community...but there are a few more members. I think we are due for some introductions here. I've had the pleasure of talking with a few of you back and forth a little bit, when the group first opened. However, that's a little dated now, as we find ourselves in late July!!!

Why don't you give a hello, tell us how raw incorporates into your life. As well as your singing. What kind of singing do you do? For fun? Professionally? Both? I want to hear it all!

I think it would be good for us to speak up here and network. Wouldn't it be awesome to get together somewhere down the line and sing together? Ok maybe way way down the line, but it's a nice thought.

Grace us with your presence...

Start your intro :)

Quick intro........

.....I'm a self-employed musician - music 24-7-365! Guitar is my main instrument. I sing & play in the acoustic duo Alien Blue, and we're currently working on our new CD, tentatively titled "Virtual Light", which is a follow-up to our debut disc "An Alien Blue".

We perform locally & regionally, and I'm also a "gun for hire", having worked as a studio musician performing guitar, percussion, vocals, etc.

I've always had high raw intake, but consciously monitored & increased my raw intake after reading a guy named Takamatsu back in 1990 or so. Early 2000s I increased my raw intake to at least 80% (by calorie), though I'm usually well above 90-95%.

Since then, I've noticed remarkable increases in breath & vocal control (not to mention the positive impact it's had on my guitar playing).

Anyone else notice performance increase with their raw-ism?

I use fitday, but only every once in a while to make sure I'm not missing anything major.

What kind of hydro therapy have you been doing?

I used fitday for the longest. I stopped logging in what I ate because it was very tedious. I also bought a cheap food scale. The food scale was one of the best investments I made in my life. It helped me get an idea of how much I was eating, help...

Great to help guide meditation. There are several other Solfeggio frequencies you can listen to for manifesting, healing, transformation, etc.
