i believe there are many constitutions to be taken into account,some do well with high fruit low fat and greens (me)and green juices,some do well high raw,some ...

Its good to see you on here too! I'm enjoying the hot Yukon summer sun, getting ready to head south to a music festival called Shambhalla, and settling in Vancouver(maybe) to continue pursuing music. I might go back to school for it,, and theatre....

I'm sure this is well known. I don't know why I never thought of it before.
But this morning I swished my mouth with Sesame Oil (after learning about "oil pulling")...and singing in the car on the way to work was a BREEZE. The oil lubricated my throat, for the first bit that accidentally got swallowed.
I just had a tomato basil salad...tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil and salt...
Again, I'm here singing around the house, and my throat feels so NICE!
This is a NOTE TO SELF kind of thing for when you sing! If you're about to have a performance...get your oil on and lubricate that throat...God...to quote Barbra Streisand, "IT'S LIKE BUTTAH!"
