Well...I was 100% raw. Then the cravings hit. I really feel it is important to listen to my bodies needs here rather than beat myself up for straying from my beloved raw foods. The past few nights I have been eating eggs (eww, I know but for some God awful reason I wanted them badly), bread, and beans! This after being strictly 811rv for the past 3 months. I have all intentions of going back as soon as my food weirdness goes away (I hope it's soon). Has anyone else gone through this? Is there light at the end of the tunnel per say? Will I be hungry for raw foods again??? Please share!!

Hi,
This was one of the first signs I had that I night be pregnant - I went off raw foods and was eating bread and pizza and crisps. Im still eating some cooked foods but I have managed to up my raw percentage considerably now. I know that being totally raw would be best for the baby but I also feel it is better to have some cooked food if I desperately crave it than to ignore it and possible miss out on things. For example yesterday I fancied some marmite which I havent had in ages, but it is high in B vitamins.
i had this problem too. i couldn't look at a green smoothie without feeling absolutely GREEN. I wanted soup and bread. And so I indulged. It was around 5 months that I started to feel more normal. I think as long as you remember to get some exercise in (walking and stretching) you'll feel good and get back to what you want to eat. The most important things is to make sure you get the iron and folate.
I just looked up the Magic Bullet on youtube and it had a ton of bad reviews lol.
I think I'll save up a little more and get a blender/food processor combo. Is 750 watts good? I have one already I got from my Granddad and it's really old and 600 ...
Go Germany! I'm no longer working with The LifeCo & Saf in Muc, or organising events, workshops & talks in Muc, as I am abroad. I still consult clients & can provide your fave superfoods. My RawCacaoLove chocolate can be ordered through me directly.
Sorry... I had to look it up.

I'm serious, just go to the grocery store, buy all kinds of celery, kale, cucumbers, carrots, and whatever else you want, and juice is all and only drink juices for as long as you can!
It feels so good, I can't even describe how amazing I feel ri...
my magic bullet burnt out, it was good for travelling while I had it though. Can you get a second hand blender? The cheaper ones I have used don't chop up the greens as well. Try to get something with a higher wattage, like 1000watt.
