Just had my raw vegan baby on wednesday. Just wondering if any raw moms out there pump their, breasts and heat up the milk or just give it to the baby room temp?
thank you
congratulations barbie!! I wish you a beautiful experience all around. I can be of no help with this being 6 months pregnant still, I hope you get great answers!
I pump and love it. I'm all over the town during the day from 8am to 8pm, taking care of my two older children. i pump for about 10 minutes when i have some down time throughout the day, get a nice bottle filled and tote it around with me when i'm back running around. room temperature or if it's in the fridge then i warm it up till it's hardly noticeable on my wrist (the old fashioned way). then after about 8pm when the twins are in bed, i let the baby suckle on me till he's off into lala land. sometimes till 11pm and we all head to bed. and i nurse him through the night. i'm much more relaxed nursing him at these times instead of rushing him off of me during the day. (and i get more help when i have my milk is in a bottle)
it works for me. maybe not for others.
my son will be seven weeks tomorrow.
congratulations on your birth and continuing raw vegan. i recall craving lots of protein for a few weeks after my delivery.
since I find no reason to believe in 'allergies' against 'natural' appropriate stuff, I would think it's more likely just the fact that pineapple if bought in store is pretty much always unripe. Not that it matters to the situation perhaps.
...but...
Nicolas have you ever had a pineapple that does not give symptoms. In my experience around these hoods where we are there are practically no ripe pineapples..or perhaps a few dunno
Yes ma'am. Resting as completely as possible with eyes closed; getting enough water; avoiding too much sun; avoiding toxic substances (personal care products, cleaning products, etc.)
I enjoy writing about the deepest darkest secrets of my heart, about things I dont want to share with anyone..or lack the guts to share. Love letters mostly, but not always. If I have a dream I want to remember Ill write it down.

Thanks Priyam! You are very kind and generous with your appreciation, and I appreciate the specificity. I agree with you completely that fasting is generally very poorly understood, mostly feared, and almost always avoided.

Hey Michele! We fast 8-10 people per year for 6 weeks and most of them have amazing experiences. Incidentally, though some people imagine there's a need to "work up" to a long fast like this, many are fasting this long for the first time; in fact,...
We dont want organic pasteurized, that is the same as conventional to us. Its been treated with something to kill it because that it what people do kill beautiful things it seems. Dead people.
