Hello eveyone, I am from Bunbury and have been hoping to attend one of your picnics for a while now. Im not working weekends anymore, and the new highway is open... so it will be a bit easier for me to make it! I hear the next one is on the 13th Dec? Unfortunately I have a wedding on that weekend, but I will try for the one after, it will be fab to meet some other raw foodies, I have yet to meet one here in Bunbury, let alone a vegan! Cannot wait to share some yummy food with like minded people.

It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
Isn't it?!? I personally can't think of anything more visually appealing then beautiful fruit :)
