I haven't got a clue what to bring at this stage. I usually don't do anything much to the food other than wash-peel-eat. I'll make an effort this time to bring something special to my very first raw picnic.
What do you guys usually bring? Just looking for some ideas...

- Hi Olive, you don't have to bring anything too fancy - even a salad with dressing would be great!

What other book can you recommend Angus?...staying with those kinda ideas, living in alignment with nature, natural hygiene, fruit diets, fasting (or anyone else :).
