So, I watched Ironman like 6 times in 1 week (I'm a bit of a movie junkie), and because I was watching it online, I kept rewinding it where he was drinking the infamous green drink. I noticed a few things about it:
It was quite dark as some of you have said, so I'm guessing spinach, kale or chard
It was quite liquefied - so either Tony Starks knows the benefits of juicing, or he just watered down his blender (he has way too much class for that, btw)
It left a sort of grainy film behind as the glass tilted, so maybe he threw in a handful of goji berries or something similar?
Anyway, TS kicks ass. Maybe in the next two movies he'll show us how to make some raw goodies!
Not to take the focus off of ironman.... but, I read 'the hulk" was green? Well, I know edward norton played a health nut in the movie "death to smoochy". That movie is pure twisted genius.

I decided to have a 50/50 raw/cooked meal at Vita last night, having had a desire for warm meals for last couple of weeks. They had a Vegan Paella, it was amazing but it's only the second time I have had grains for a year and I had headache soon a...
It's actually surprisingly easy once you get the hang of it. No machete required. Shave off the husk at the pointed top close to the shell. Then poke the point of a knife in about 2 or 3 cm out from the centre and wiggle it about until it pierces ...
Yes, I believe two out of the four pineapples I've had the last several months have been alright with me, after having let them "ripen" for some days. The one that turned out the best was one I stored in a bag of ripening bananas. I did the same t...
