Any raw musicians heading out to the spirit fest?
Looking to share a fun ride from Phoenix to Sedona.
Leaving Phoenix airport around 9:30am on Thurs. then returning Tuesday 16th late morning.
I can rent car or you can and split costs, etc. or if anyone needs another person to share! : )

Bass guitar is my main instrument now. I was a bassoon major in college
I play several wind instrument including nose flute, native american flute armenian dudujke, string instrumnts like sitar, ukalee, madolin, piccolo bass, oh digerydo, plus 2 of my basses have MIDI pickups so I can play anyth9ing--LOL

I'm mainly a working musician who plays piano and drums. Mostly jazz and standards, but also Top40/Dance, Big, Band, Latin, Blues, etc...
In my career I've played all over the place, from Disney World to Las Vegas... haven't toured through Europe or Asia, though.
I find that a raw food diet, along with yoga and zen meditation, really helps me focus and concentrate on the music, and gives me the energy to get through a 4-5 hour gig easily.

You're allergic. I have the same reaction and ended up getting allergy tests. Just have to wait it out and let it heal. Apparently you can build allergies to pineapple, so that sucks.
