Give it to me Raw

Haha, sorry for the corny title!

Welcome to Raw Movement! Its just starting to get warmer here in the good ol' state of new jersey, and I am finding myself outside and active more than ever! I was talking with a friend, and we thought about how cool it would be to start a group to post about fun ways we all move, and in turn, inspire others to change up their routines and move more than they ever knew they could!

So I'll start off by sharing my new fitness challenge: running 4 times a week, yoga every day, kickboxing, and nature hikes (I love taking pictures, I'll post some soon!).

What is everyone else doing to keep moving?

Ooooh! I love zumba! Haha, all of that sounds fabulous! And yes, the warmer and less clothing the better, because who likes to be weighted down with stuff?

Speaking of outdoors, my sister and I are celebrating easter with a picnic and a photoshoot adventure! Hope everyone has a wonderful day and gets the chance to be outside! :-)

Soaking might help, I really don't know for sure. My father eats soaked dried chestnuts. The dried ones are really hard and they get a little bit softer when soaking them, but they are'nt as sweet soaked.

This is what my mom recommends too. The thing is I live in a high-rise building in NYC, so I'm definetely not "grounded". The grounding bed technology makes sense, but it doesn't feel natural to me. Has anyone tried it? Did you notice any changes...

Would soaking them help? I've read that nuts in general has alot of anti-nutrients & soaking is always suggested.

Does anyone make raw recipes for their pets? Do you think it's healthy for dogs to not eat meat?

I LOVE this post. you have nailed on the head so many things that I think, about religion, food, dogma, etc. It's true that so many legalistic people do not realize that what they're doing may come off badly to others; just trying to find what is...
