I had my first bit of raw beef and it is delicious! Wow!
Yesterday I had raw liver, did not like the after-taste. So I cooked it a bit. It was no better cooked, so I'll be doing raw liver from now too :)

Speaking of weird dreams... even though its not raw, after eating bone broth I had weird, vivid dreams. Very tripy. Could just be coincidental, I have not had bone broth again. Or the weird dreams.
