I've been wanting to try it for some time and finally came up with an idea of how I could choke it down. I blended it with yogurt. Mind you, it was yogurt from the store but an organic brand with lots of probiotic activity. It was actually incredibly delicious, this combination with no sweetner or flavor. Unbelievably satisfying. I took my dog for a long walk and cleaned my house like a maniac. Proof's in the pudding, so to speak. I just got tired of being lethargic from the raw vegan diet.
i dont understand. heresiology has always intrigued me. i had to join the group in order to respond (not react) to the post. being a raw vegan, i should resign my membership of this group. but then how could i learn and grow without access or exposure?
On the topic of eggs, I must share with you a smoothie recipe that is to die for! It´s my second breakfast every day (the first beeing a green veggie juice). For 1 person i use one avokado, half a banana (preferably a little unripe - more enzymes, less sugar) one full tablespoon of unheated honey (I mix it in one or two tablespoons of water first, because in Sweden I can get only raw honey that´s quite hard) and a glass of raw milk or cream. Crack two eggs, or three, in the smoothie. Blenderize, drink and be energized yet calm until lunch! I used to be raw vegan because of the obvious moral advantage of not having to kill anything, but my health suffered from it and when my kids developed poorly (I didn´t lactate well and could hardly breastfeed) me and my husband started experienting with animal foods and our quality of life has increased a lot. We are stronger, healthier, less emotional/dramatic (wich has been really good for our relationship !). My reseach over the last year has proven to me that humans do best on a diet that includes raw meat, eggs and dairy. As far as we know (through archeologists and others), through history of man, no group of people have enjoyed good ealth on a strict vegetarian diet. It is in tune with Nature to eat what you are evolutionary made to eat and thrive on, I belive. It´s the meat industry (who turnes animals in to freaks of nature with genetic manipulation and use of hormones and other drugs) and fish industry (who draines the oceans, makes powder from the fish and feeds it to salmons in farms and looses 90 % of the food that way) who destroys the balance in nature.
Back to the smoothie recipe: the raw milk in the smoothie prevents the enzymes in the eggs to spoil from oxygen when blenderized, but I know it´s hard to come by. If you can get it though, or raw cream, it is worth the effort!
holy smokes - this smoothie sounds absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!!
I love raw eggs - especially raw yolk.
I despise the yolk when it's cooked or boiled (hard boiled eggs are some of the most disgusting things ever!).
But raw? Eggs are awesome.
I avoid dinner dates, because that's never a good way to know someone on a first date. And besides, you never know whether they accepted to go to dinner because they liked you or because they didn't want to cook and they wanted to be treated out t...

Charles Need a raw vegan version of the phrase "Ain't no thing but a chicken wing."
You can always ask a produce dept. employee at Whole Foods to cut one open so you can try it before you waste your money. It's store policy to let people sample things:)
but just becouse we were tampered with does not mean that we came from microscopic ethers. We had form, body and a brain, simple tampering was neccessary to tame wild beasts that we were then in order to domesticate us..........and to make faithfu...
